We had an initial meeting to introduce ourselves, our dogs, and set expectations. That is when we learned Jacob is really The Dog Whisperer! One of our boys tends to be a little shy but from the moment Jacob walked in the door, our guy was right there asking (and of course receiving) scratches. We received text updates, photos, and videos of our dogs while we were gone, and came home to a clean house where Jacob more than cleaned up behind himself. We cannot recommend Jacob highly enough.”
