The pet sitter will only be away for a maximum of 4 hours per day, ensuring your pet receives near round-the-clock attention. Perfect for pets who thrive on routine, have special needs, or simply enjoy having company throughout the day. This premium option offers total peace of mind.

Arrival Time Policy
While we strive to accommodate your requested visit time, please note that all scheduled times are approximate. Standard visits may begin within a 90-minute window before or after your selected time to allow for route flexibility and ensure reliable service across all appointments. (i.e. 2:30 P.M. appointment = 1:00-4:00 P.M.)
For clients who prefer a narrower arrival window, we offer the following optional upgrades:

2-Hour Time Window: Care will begin within 1 hour before or 1 hour after your selected time (+$3 per visit).

1-Hour Time Window: Care will begin within 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after your selected time (+$5 per visit).
These options can be added to individual visits as needed. We recommend choosing a tighter window for pets with medical needs, strict routines, or time-sensitive care requirements.
