Step 1. Check Service Areas
Please visit the Service Areas page on our website to confirm that your location falls within our coverage zone. If you are unsure or reside just outside our service area, feel free to reach out to us. We’re happy to discuss possible accommodations and see if we can make it work for you and your pet.
Step 2. Schedule Care
To book a service, visit the Book Now page on our website. Before selecting your service, click Sign Up in the upper right-hand corner to create an account and save your information for future bookings.
Next, choose the service(s) you need and add them to your cart. After adding your selections, you will be able to specify your preferred dates and times. Please note that while we do our best to accommodate your requested time, the scheduled time is approximate. Care will begin within a 90-minute window before or after your selected start time to ensure flexibility while maintaining reliable service.
Step 3. Check Out
After scheduling your service, you will be prompted to complete a pet care form and provide billing and general information. This information will be securely saved to your account for future bookings. Once your payment has been processed, your reservation will be confirmed, and your pet care service with Atlanta Pet Pal will be officially scheduled!
For future bookings, please sign into your account before selecting a service to ensure your information is retained. Otherwise, you will be required to re-enter all necessary details.
